STEP 1: Choose a design

Browse through our design and printable categories to find a design that is suitable to you. If you have a design idea of your own and would like us to create it from scratch, look under the ‘Custom’ tab in our store categories. There will be a listing for all the items we sell with a custom design option.  Tell us your design idea in the comments section. We will be in continuous contact during the design process.

STEP 2: Choose DIY file or printed

1. Print Ready Files - You will receive a PDF and a JPG of your design set up ready for professional printing at your local print shop, online or for printing on your home printer.

2. Use Our Print Service - We offer a high quality digital print service. Professionally printed on high quality 300gsm cardstock in white or upgrade to 300gsm pearl cardstock in shimmer white.

NOTE: At this time, we only ship printed invitation or announcement orders within Australia. If you are outside Australia, we would still love to work with you in providing our print ready files which you will then take to your local printer to arrange printing yourself.

Our Wall Print categories are available for international shipping please refer to the shipping calculator on checkout for prices.

STEP 3: Personalise your order

The great thing about ordering from Coco & Ella Designs is that you are getting a customised design. We follow your brief you choose the wording and the colours or use the details in the example. We customise your order ourselves and are in touch with you throughout the process. As part of the customisation we work with your wording to fit best into the design you have chosen, if needed we will adjust the placement of text and design elements.

Within 3 business days you’ll receive a digital (PDF) proof for approval.

Do you need your chosen design translated? For an additional fee you can choose to use a language other than English. Within 3-5 business days of receiving your order, we will email your proof of the customised design for approval.

STEP 4: Approve the design

Once we have the design customised for you, within 3 business days you will receive an email from Kylie or Melissa with your digital proof for approval. Each design includes 2 revisions should you need anything changed before receiving your final files or printing.

STEP 5: Receive your file or printed design

If you have chosen the print ready file, within 1-2 business days we will email your final artwork ready for printing.

The printable PDF (CMYK) file is suitable for printing on card stock at home or at a local printer and the Jpg (RGB) file at a photo processing centre.

If you have chosen to have us print your order, that will take 5-10 business days to complete. We will be in touch along the way with progress updates so you know when to expect your package.
