Can I change the colours or font?

Yes.  For an additional fee of $10 we can amend the colours of your choice and will send you a proof for approval of the changes to ensure you love the new colours! 

Font changes take a little more work to ensure the font we choose is right for the overall look and feel of the design. $25 for the initial new font concept and any changes thereafter is $10 per font change.

Can I change the wording on an invitation?

Yes.  You provide all of the wording you would like included and we will work within the design layout to make your wording look great.

Can my wording be in a different language?

For an additional fee you can choose to use a language other than English, that uses the roman alphabet. Please  note not all of the fonts we use have a full set of the accent characters so we may need to substitute for a font to suit the design. Hence the fee and the longer lead-time of receiving your proof. Within 3-5 business days of receiving your order, then we will email your proof of the customised design for approval.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements info@cocoelladesigns.com.au

Am I able to approve the design before I receive the final files?

Yes.  Once we have completed your design we email you with a digital (pdf ) proof for approval. Once we receive your approval or feedback, we then send you the final files ready to be printed.

Can you show me how my card will look before I order?

Sorry no, we require an order and payment before commencing work. Though we email you a proof for approval and work with you if you require any changes we include 2 revisions if necessary.

Can I use one of the designs for any other occasion?

Of course! We can customise the wording of any of our designs to suit your occasion. Lead times may be extended if additional text is required so we can ensure the extra wording looks great in the layout of the design.[/accordion]

What if I've made a mistake and need to change something?

We understand errors can happen or details may change for your event so we offer 1 revision of your design after approval should unexpected changes need to be made prior to handing out your invitations.

What if I want to cancel an order?

If you decide for any reason that you would like to cancel your order, you can within two business days for a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee for printable files or printed wall prints (prior to printing only).

If we are taking care of your printing of invitations for you and you decide to cancel your order after receiving your first proof but before approval we can refund you the full amount of printing less the  design and processing fee quoted and accepted at the quote stage. But after you have approved your final proofs we cannot offer a refund, as your invitations would already be in process.

Rush orders cannot be refunded as we jump on those straight away!

Do you do custom work?

Yes.  We would love to hear from you and hear your ideas. We are also a graphic design studio so love a design challenge. In addition to invitations, cards, wall prints etc we also design logos, marketing material and any graphic design work you can think of. Contact us at info@cocoelladesigns.com.au
